Choose among twelve variety of beer

NOTE: The bitterness of beer is provided by compounds such as hululons, or alpha acids from hops used during brewing. The scale, International Bittering Unites, or simply the IBU scale, is the quantitative value designated to measure the bitterness of beer. This scale does not measure the perceived bitterness of beer, but the amount of iso-alpha acids that gives bitterness to the beer. The higher the IBU, the more bitterness will be present in your beer.
